Take your tap skills to the next level! This class is designed for intermediate and advanced tappers ages 13+ who want to refine their technique and explore complex rhythms. Put on your tap shoes and get ready to make some noise! This class is designed for beginner and intermediate tappers looking to build or refine their skills. Students will focus on essential tap techniques, rhythm patterns, and musicality through fun warm-ups, across-the-floor exercises, and simple combinations. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your steps, this class will help you develop confidence, coordination, and a love for tap dance!

Most recently seen on Broadway in Bad Cinderella (Ensemble/Bad Cinderella Understudy) and The Wiz (Swing/Dorothy Understudy) and Celie in The Color Purple (National Tour), Mariah brings her firsthand experience from the Great White Way to help you level up your audition skills.

Ages 10-18

Playhouse Stage Conservatory - a multi-faceted training opportunity for pre-professional musical theatre students. Classes run 5-7pm Wednesday through Friday. The Conservatory will include the opportunity to take Acting, Tap, Ballet, Musical Theatre Dance, & Coaching classes weekly. Students will be placed by level for each technique, allowing instructors to provide appropriately leveled training and a student specific schedule and curriculum. Levels will be based on instructor evaluation. The Conservatory's five weekly classes are intended for students who plan to audition for Playhouse Stage Academy productions or pursue BFA programs in college.

Learn the foundations of a variety of acting techniques! Explore improvisation and characterization to begin building a "tool belt" of tactics - improving your confidence and performance as a young actor.

Ages 10-18

Strengthen body and core, learn proper alignment, and develop strong ballet & modern technique that will be essential to all other dance techniques required in musical theatre. This is an intermediate level class for all ages.
