Classical Monologues with Kelley Curran

Join professional actor (and Playhouse Stage Academy Alum) Kelley Curran, known for her work on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and in film and TV including The Gilded Age, for a master class designed to help advanced students refine their classical monologue performance and prepare for college auditions. In this focused session, students will receive expert coaching on classical texts, learning how to approach language, character, and delivery with precision and depth. Additionally, Kelley will provide guidance on the audition process, helping participants build confidence and showcase their best work for college auditions and beyond. This class offers personalized, professional feedback to elevate both technique and presentation.

Pop/Rock Musical Theatre Master Class with Jacob Shipley

AGES 13+

Join vocal coach and performer Jacob Shipley for a master class tailored to advanced teens ages 13+ seeking to refine their pop/rock musical theatre technique. In this focused session, students will work on vocal technique, style, and song interpretation specific to the pop/rock genre. Jacob will guide participants through exercises designed to strengthen vocal control, enhance performance skills, and develop a deeper understanding of the unique stylistic demands of contemporary musical theatre. This class offers a professional approach to mastering pop/rock repertoire with precision and authenticity.

Most recently seen on Broadway in Bad Cinderella (Ensemble/Bad Cinderella Understudy) and The Wiz (Swing/Dorothy Understudy) and Celie in The Color Purple (National Tour), Mariah brings her firsthand experience from the Great White Way to help you level up your audition skills.

In this master class, participants will:

Ages 10-18

Playhouse Stage Conservatory - a multi-faceted training opportunity for pre-professional musical theatre students. Classes run 5-7pm Wednesday through Friday. The Conservatory will include the opportunity to take Acting, Tap, Ballet, Musical Theatre Dance, & Coaching classes weekly. Students will be placed by level for each technique, allowing instructors to provide appropriately leveled training and a student specific schedule and curriculum. Levels will be based on instructor evaluation. The Conservatory's five weekly classes are intended for students who plan to audition for Playhouse Stage Academy productions or pursue BFA programs in college.
