Mat Pilates (Drop-In)

Strengthen the body and core, and connect to the breath with Joseph Pilates method! This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. We will utilize the various props to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion. Students will need a PILATES MAT and 2lb WEIGHTS for class! For ages 14+.
Classes run along an 8 week Fall Semester (September-November) and an 8 week Spring Semester (March-May). Keep an eye out for Winter Workshop classes that will fall between our two semesters!
