Learn the foundations of a variety of acting techniques! Explore improvisation and characterization to begin building a "tool belt" of tactics - improving your confidence and performance as a young actor.

Mat Pilates (Drop-In)

Ages 14+
Strengthen the body and core, and connect to the breath with Joseph Pilates method! This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. We will utilize the various props to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion. Students will need a PILATES MAT and 2lb WEIGHTS for class! For ages 14+.

Teen Ballet/Modern (Drop-In)

Ages 10-18
Strengthen body and core, learn proper alignment, and develop strong ballet & modern technique that will be essential to all other dance techniques required in musical theatre. This is an intro/intermediate level class for all ages.

An intermediate/advanced exploration into tap. Increase speed while continuing to work on and polish the musicality and style of musical theatre tap concepts.
